CHATHAM UNIVERSITY'S EDEN HALL CAMPUS MASTER PLAN
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Christina was the internal project manager for the team comprised of BNIM Planning and Architecture, Andropogon, Biohabitats, and Civil and Environmental Consultants. Eden Hall is a rural satellite campus to Chatham University, designed to be a living laboratory for environmental restoration, healthy food systems and the home of the School of Sustainability and the Environment. The high quality soils and first order streams required a low impact approach to the design of new residence halls, classrooms, and community programming. The master plan also provided sustainable energy, stormwater, waste water and mobility solutions for the new campus.
